Options, LEPOs and Futures contractsThe expiry date for equity options is usually the Thursday before the last business Friday in the month. Index Options and Index LEPOs (low exercise price options) expire on the third Thursday of the contract month providing this is a trading day. Futures maturity datesThe maturity date for futures contracts is the third Thursday of the maturity month, provided this day is a trading day. SYCOMŽ TrainingSFE markets are traded on the SYCOMŽ system. SYCOMŽ training is compulsory for those who wish to trade on the Sydney Futures Exchange. The SYCOMŽ training course consists of two workshops and an exam. The workshops are 90-minutes long, the first being an overview/practical workshop and the second being an exercise workshop.
