Few sectors of the market have been as volatile in the past 12 months as listed property or A-REITs as the sector is now called.
During October and November, ASX in conjunction with industry professionals, will be conducting a series of free roadshows in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth which will look at the sector fundamentals and help investors navigate their way forward.
A seminar not to be missed for those with investments in listed property or those that have an interest in gaining a better understanding of the listed property sector and its future outlook.
Attendance is free however registration is essential.
ASX Managed Funds such as Listed Investment Companies (Lics) and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are a popular way for investors to get exposure to a diversified portfolio and belong to a family known as Listed Managed Investments (LMIs). Unlisted managed funds have traditionally dominated this area, but as investors continue to seek lower cost alternatives, listed managed funds such as LICs and ETFs have grown in popularity.
