Listed Property - A seminar not to be missed for those with investments in listed property!

Few sectors of the market have been as volatile in the past 12 months as listed property or A-REITS as the sector is now called. During October and November,  ASX in conjunction with industry professionals, will be condutcing a series of free roadshows in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth which will look at the sector fundamentals and help investors navigate their way forward.

A seminar not to be missed for those with investments in listed property or those that have an interest in gaining a better understanding of the listed property sector and its future outlook.

A-REITs or  Real Estate Investment Trusts formerly known as LPTs and Infrastructure funds are part of a family known as listed managed investments (LMIs) available to investors through ASX.

Australia has long been a nation with an unique passion for property investments.  Today there are approximately 70 Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs) listed on ASX providing investors with an opportunity to gain exposure to a sector that accounts for over 12% of the worlds listed real estate. Increasing in popularity with investors are Infrastructure funds as governments around the world decrease their investment in public infrastructure new and existing opportunities have arisen in assets such as toll roads, airports and utilities.
