Walter Scott scours global markets to find what they believe are the world’s best companies, capable of generating sustained wealth over the long-term. Seeking a portfolio of high quality, strong growth global companies, the team focus on identifying those that are profitable, have a sound ability to generate cash, have strong balance sheets, and robust governance structures.

As bottom-up, fundamental stock pickers, original research is at the heart of Walter Scott’s investment process. This research combined with detailed financial analysis, provides the platform for the team to form a first-hand view of a company’s potential for long-term success.  

The Fund seeks to deliver attractive long-term returns with less absolute volatility than the Benchmark. The Fund’s exposure to international assets is hedged by the Investment Manager back to Australian dollars.

Investment objective: The Walter Scott Global Equity Fund (Hedged) aims to achieve a long-term total return (before fees and expenses) that exceeds the MSCI World ex Australia Index, in $A hedged with net dividends reinvested (Benchmark).
