Flexible working
- ASX supports a range of flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to purchase annual leave to provide you with a balanced work and life environment.
- If you’re the primary carer, you’ll benefit from 16 weeks paid parental leave, plus 18 weeks government-funded leave (if eligible). We’ll also make super contributions while you’re on parental leave, up to a maximum of 52 weeks.
- ASX is an accredited Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace, with up to one hour of paid leave a day for lactation breaks.

Q ASX

- Every year Q ASX proudly supports events such as the Annual Sydney Mardi Gras and Wear it Purple Day. These are important events for the LGBTIQ community and enable ASX to provide support and build awareness of the value of diversity.
