Data direct from the source

Austraclear® is ASX’s national numbering agency for ISIN registrations and the central securities depository for OTC bond and money market instruments in Australia. It’s the main facility involved throughout the complete life-cycle of all OTC debt instruments, and the primary reference source for core data on all instruments in Austraclear®.

Austraclear® is responsible for:

registering and issuing local debt ISINs
settling market-wide money market, bond, repo and collateral management transactions
coordinating and processing corporate actions on debt instruments.

Austraclear® is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASX. It has direct and timely access to the entire universe of debt market instruments, key details, settlement status and activity, and corporate actions data.

ASX Information Services packages the data from Austraclear® into secure CSV files that are uploaded daily or intraday to ASX Online for subscribers to view and download.
