Applying for International Security Identification Numbers (ISINs) with Austraclear 

By using Austraclear to apply for ISINs before issuing discount securities, issuers can potentially enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • enabling front office teams to request an ISIN when executing a trade
  • enabling front office teams to accurately book a trade into back office systems
  • straight through processing of settlement instructions
  • trade matching and settlement earlier in the business day, and
  • straight through processing and timely settlement of security sales.
